What is the Swiitol product warranty?

Yes, all items you purchase from Swiitol are guaranteed to be quality and exactly as described on the website.
The factories supplying Swiitol have been rigorously evaluated by us, and our team provides you with a better guarantee of consistent high quality.
We carefully check the contents of all orders before shipping them to customers.
You can order from Swiitol with the same confidence as any Western retailer.

All warranties begin from the date of receipt of the product. If a product fails within the warranty period and the failure is due to quality issues rather than your own damage or misuse, we will accept returns.

  • 12-month manufacturer's repair warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged or misused after receipt, and problems caused by logistics).

  • Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (in original packaging if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and provide your order number. We will not repair or replace items that have expired.

Does Swiitol inspect products before shipping them to me?

That's for sure.
We have a professional quality control team. They carefully inspect every item we receive from suppliers and manufacturers to avoid sending defective items to our customers.
If our quality control testing finds an item to be defective, it will be returned to the supplier/factory. Therefore, please do not worry about receiving defective items as we are committed to being a trustworthy and reliable seller in the international online shopping market.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

In rare cases, rough handling by the courier may cause physical damage to your shipment, such as a cracked screen.

If this happens, follow these steps:

  • If possible, please make your complaint directly to the courier company's delivery representative before signing for the shipment. They will advise you on the complaints procedure.

  • If you have signed for the package, please take photos showing the damage and contact the local courier/delivery company office to lodge a complaint. They will have a complaints procedure to enable you to obtain compensation.

Next, contact Swiitol immediately with your order number and a complete description/picture of the damaged item issue. We will contact the courier company from our side.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate Swiitol and we will pass this compensation on to you. The amount of compensation varies from case to case and is different for each courier company. In some cases you will need to pay to send the damaged item back to Swiitol so we can send a new item.

What should I do if my product becomes damaged after being used for a period of time?

If you encounter quality problems during the warranty period, we will provide warranty coverage. Each product has a specific warranty period (if it is not noted in the product listing, please contact us by email at [email protected]).

In this case, please provide us with the following proof:

  • Photos of the front and back of the original Swiitol packaging

  • Photos or videos of defective goods

  • Photos, videos or screenshots showing defective product failures

Once the problem is confirmed, we will usually refund you or send you a replacement immediately.
Sometimes you may need to send a defective item back to us for free repair service or a new replacement. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and Swiitol is responsible for arranging airmail reshipping costs.

Warranty Waivers and Notes

Product degradation due to wear and tear and breakage/damage during use is entirely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranty.
If the customer damages/misuses the goods, the warranty on the product becomes immediately void. In this case, no compensation is available. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts, if applicable. We will charge the original value of the components and shipping cost to send them.
The warranty is void if the customer:

  • Refresh the firmware of the device or obtain root permissions of the device

  • Open the fuselage and try to repair the device

  • Modify, delete, customize or exchange part of the product

  • Using the device in a manner other than for its original purpose

All returns must first be authorized by the Swiitol support team prior to return. If the customer returns a package without prior authorization (RMA form), sends to the wrong address, returns the wrong item or submits an empty box, no compensation will be paid in such cases.

Special Note:

  • During the return shipping process, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, excise taxes or duties while the item returns to the warehouse. In this case, we will deduct the customs fee from the amount of your authorized refund.

  • By default, Swiitol will ship items to customers via flat rate shipping. If customers want to use faster shipping methods, they need to pay the relevant shipping fees.

  • Please pay attention to the return information. Once you sign for receipt, please contact us again

  • Customers only need to pay one shipping fee (including returns) at most; consumers do not need to pay return fees when returning goods.
