About order cancellation

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us in time after purchase, we can cancel the order for you.
If your payment is complete but the package is not shipped, you can cancel the order before the item ships and we will issue a full refund.
Once the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.


General Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the product you received. If you are not completely satisfied, you can contact us within 30 days of receipt to return the product to us and we will repair/replace it, or refund you. You are eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:
1. Products must be returned in their original packaging
2. The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase
All items are eligible for return and will be processed if eligible.
You will always need to follow the shipping instructions to return the item:
Please contact our customer service at [email protected], please explain why and attach some photos of the item you received for return or exchange. to obtain approval for a return or exchange. Upon submitting a request, we will provide a return address and a Returns and Exchanges Policy (RMA) form associated with the product.
PS: Items returned to warehouse without a valid RMA form will not be processed.


Regarding return and exchange freight charges

  1. If a consumer receives a defective, faulty or incorrect product, the consumer can apply for a free return or exchange, and we will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from the warehouse.
  2. If the consumer does not like the product due to his own reasons and wants to return or exchange the product, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from the warehouse.


PayPal's transaction fee is 4.4% of your original order total. PayPal may change its transaction rate, which we will use when you place an order.

Refund policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the item within 30 days of delivery. If the product is damaged in any way, or if you initiate a return after 30 days of receipt, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for a product to be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
1. Products must be returned in their original packaging
2. The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase
3. Returns or exchanges are not allowed without our prior knowledge

Once we receive your product, our professional team will inspect it and process your refund. Once the refund has been processed, the money will be credited back to the account used for the purchase within 2 - 7 business days, depending on your payment method.


Late refund or no refund (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be officially issued. Next, contact your bank. Posting a refund usually takes some time.
